At The Style Cantina, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We appreciate you being part of our tribe and spending your hard earned money with us. We want you to absolutely love what you’ve bought!
Our returns policy set out below is subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If for any reason you change your mind, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:
Once the return is confirmed, please email us a tracking number for your return package. We hold no responsibility for your return if it is lost in transit and strongly suggest you choose a method of postage that you can track. We take no responsibility for items that may get lost in the post.
Please also note, that the cost of the original shipping method you chose at the time of purchase are not refunded. We don’t cover the cost of returning your item/s.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise on the status of your refund – approved or not approved. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow a total of 5 business days from the time we confirm your return has arrived at The Style Cantina HQ.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
We do not offer a refund or exchange on any sale/discounted items. These are considered final sale and can not be returned unless faulty.
We can offer exchanges on your purchase if we have the item in stock in an alternative style or colour, or for a gift card. [Gift cards are valid for 6 months of issue]. As with returns, the item/s must be in their original packaging and unworn.
Please note that we do not refund original shipping fees and new shipping fees are at the responsibility of the buyer.
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for availability before you return your item.
We’re sorry if you receive a faulty item, we certainly don’t want this happening and will do our best in the quickest time possible to rectify this for you. In the event that you received an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or during the manufacturing process please email us as soon as possible and we will get right onto it for you.
